返品・交換について
商品に不備や誤配送があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にメールにてご連絡ください。内容を確認のうえ、返品または交換にて対応いたします。商品到着後7日を過ぎた場合、返品・交換は致しかねます。
なお、交換品をご用意できない場合は、ご返金にて対応させていただきます。確認後7営業日以内に、ご指定の口座へ返金いたします。
当ショップではヴィンテージ・アンティーク品を取り扱っています。経年による傷や色の変化、使用感などは、それぞれの品が歩んできた時間の一部でもあります。商品の状態は可能な限り写真や説明文でお伝えしておりますので、その特性をご理解いただいたうえでご注文くださいますようお願いいたします。

Method of Delivery
Orders will be arranged by the Shop and delivered by a designated shipping carrier.
Delivery Time Orders are normally shipped within 7 business days after payment has been confirmed. If additional time is required due to sourcing, extended holidays, or other circumstances, we will announce this through the online shop or on Instagram.
Returns and Exchanges
If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product. After reviewing the details, we will arrange a return or exchange as appropriate. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges after 7 days from the date of delivery.
If a replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a refund. Refunds will be made to the bank account designated by the customer within 7 business days after the matter has been confirmed.
Our shop handles vintage and antique items. Scratches, changes in colour, and signs of use resulting from age are part of the history and character of each individual piece. We make every effort to accurately communicate the condition of each item through photographs and descriptions. Please place your order only after understanding and accepting these characteristics.
Regarding Our Products
Our vintage tableware and glassware are imported as decorative items (for display purposes) under Japan’s Food Sanitation Act. Please understand the characteristics of vintage items and use them at your own discretion.
